Statistics show homes that have been staged can sell in about half the time compared to a home that is not staged. A staged home can also bring larger sales compared to an empty home.

It aids in giving the potential new buyer ideas of how their new home can look without any personal items of the current home owner to cloud their vision. Professional staging is used for vacant or occupied homes. Staging applies to the exerior curb appeal as well. It is a resource that sells!
